PTFE washers are naturally highly chemical resistant and self-lubricating, which allows for accurate torquing and smoother operation.
Our flat washers are manufactured to exceptionally high standards and compliant with DIN 125 specification. These can also be used in combination with an array of different material fasteners depending on your application. Available in sizes M3- M12.

What are PTFE Flat Washers?
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) flat washers are washers with a flat, circular shape and a hole in the center. They are made of PTFE, a type of plastic that is known for its high strength and durability, as well as its low friction and non-stick properties.
Flat washers are used to distribute the load of a fastener, such as a bolt or screw, over a larger area. They can also be used to provide a smooth surface for the fastener to bear against, or to prevent damage to the material being fastened.
